Assessment Instruments



Most likely you've found this page because you completed one or more assessment instruments.

(1) If you've taken a Managing For Success (MFS) instrument and/or Personal Interests, Attitudes, and Values (PIA&V), and you will be having an individual feedback session with one of us, click here to complete our pre-session form.. When you are finished fax or e-mail your responses to us, and contact us to set up our feedback session (unless you've already done so).

(2) If you've taken a Managing For Success (MFS) instrument and/or Personal Interests, Attitudes, and Values (PIA&V), and you will not be having an individual feedback sessions with one of us, at least for now, one option is to visit this site, <http://www.ttisuccess.com/>, complete the Success Discovery Process, and then send us an e-mail letting us know how useful you found the assessment and the Success Discovery Process to be. You can also let us know whether you'd like to have an individual coaching session to enhance the value of the assessment.

(3) If you've taken a Managing For Success (MFS) instrument and/or Personal Interests, Attitudes, and Values (PIA&V), and you will not be having an individual feedback sessions with one of us, at least for now, another (shorter) option is to click here and complete our self-study form. When you've completed the self-study, please contact us and let us know how useful you found the assessment to be. Feel free to share any insights and conclusions that resulted from it.

If you have not yet taken any of these assessments, but would like to, contact us for more information. Despite taking only about ten minutes, many organizations have found the Managing for Success instruments to be remarkably powerful for understanding one's own behavioral style, the behavioral styles of others, and how those diverse styles can most harmoniously and effectively work together. They have also been used extensively to increase the quality of communication and teamwork, to improve customer service and employee retention, and as part of a process for efficient and effective employee selection.
